Spiritual Healing

What Is Spiritual Healing?

The National Spiritual Alliance defines Spiritual Healing as a gift from the Creator to every individual. This gift is exercised through the direction and influence of spiritual beings for the relief and benefit of both mental and physical conditions of all living things.

Spiritual Healing is available to all, regardless of spiritual awareness or belief.

How Is Spiritual Healing Performed?

Spiritual Healing at TNSA is offered as either contact healing (laying-on-of-hands) or non-contact healing.

  • The healer places hands on positions limited to the head and shoulders

  • At the request of the recipient, hands may be held slightly away from the body

  • The healer acts solely as a channel for God’s healing energy

  • Healers attune to spirit guides and helpers in the Spirit World, who direct healing where it is needed

All healing work is conducted in accordance with Spiritualist ethics and respect for the individual.

Absent or Remote Spiritual Healing

Absent (remote) healing is offered when physical contact is not possible. While there is no direct contact between healer and recipient, the healer attunes with spirit guides who are directed to the individual in need.
